ABOUT KIMI MOJICA

Kimi has over two decades of progressive experience in leadership and organizational development, program design, mediation, training and facilitation. A seasoned leader, supervisor and certified coach with a depth of experience and relational skills to effectively manage small and large teams within non-profit, philanthropic and higher education sectors through growth, change and uncertainty. Kimi identifies as a process strategist, with a particular focus on conflict literacy and transformation with an equity lens. Kimi is inspired by creativity and imagination that arises as communities build culture and power collectively through emergent and experiential learning and practice.
