My role is centered on delivering an exceptional, concierge-level experience for parents—one that defies the status quo of traditional school communication.Primer is reimagining education by empowering educators to launch world-class, affordable microschools in their communities. As part of this mission, I lead our centralized support hub, ensuring every parent interaction—via phone, email, or text—is met with warmth, clarity, and speed.Key responsibilities include:Managing all inbound parent communications with a goal of <1 hour response time and <1 business day resolution.Coordinating across internal teams—including finance, product, and education—to ensure high-quality, efficient solutions to a variety of parent questions.Proactively reaching out to families to support feedback collection, issue follow-up, and important school-wide initiatives.Championing a service model inspired by the hospitality industry, helping Primer stand out as a truly family-centered school experience.At Primer, we believe every family deserves both an excellent education and an extraordinary support system.
