   As the Chief Culture Officer, my responsibilities include creating and managing a culture that drives innovation and profitable growth. I focus on strategic planning, corporate expansion, developing and implementing system-wide initiatives and strategies that support employee engagement and customer service excellence. I create value for the business by enhancing employee performance, shaping internal and external perceptions of the company and identifying essential management practices to better uphold their values and continually make company culture improvements. Choice has been identified as one of the fastest growing companies in our industry, therefore, I dedicate much of my time to acquisition integration. I collaboratively work with other senior leaders to devise and implement system change initiatives. I am accountable for compliance with federal, state and province regulations, including labor standards and policies. Additionally, I am responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies/procedures; recruitment and retention strategies; including system-wide organizational development and training initiatives; compensation; benefits and retirement; performance management; employee relations; and the management of HR systems, reporting and metrics. My secret to success is attributed to my standard of excellence and commitment to the team with both professional and personal integrity and conscious expansion.
