About Kimi Singh
I am a Product Design Leader with a background in Tech and a knack for diving deep. I specialize in UX, UX research frameworks, visual design, Accessibility, stakeholder management, leading design and tech teams, and delivering value through design. As a person who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and a hard negotiator for users when it comes to stakeholder management, uplifting the human experience through design is an absolute joy for me. I started off as front front-end techie, dabbled with professional photography, and verbal ability coaching before finally moving into UI/UX design. In the past, I have worked in and out of the Middle East(Dubai and Abu Dhabi) as a coder, designer, and project manager. I am currently building my Saas product for one of the tech giants with a user base of 22K+ spread across 5 continents. I recently led the Accessibility team of our product comprising 12 devs, 2 designers, and 1 SME. We were able to increase the AID score by 77% and we are on our way to making our product strongly accessible. It has been a super-exhaustive process and a deeply enriching journey. I oversee the end to end design and experience of our internal enterprise tools. As a creative designer, I do the following: • Research and identify problems through stakeholder meetings, user research to automate the manual processes across the teams. • Synthesise user research findings to come up with creative solutions to hard problems. • Design and validate workflows through iterations, creating journey maps, intuitive wireframes, high fidelity prototypes. •. We use the agile iterative approach that helps teams deliver value to their customers faster and with fewer headaches.
