   Recently handling an ongoing project to implement CA IT Asset Management (CA ITAM) into the organization. This effort includes interpreting business rules and requirements for the system, as well as coaching the team on User Experience (UX) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts.• Participating in several maturation efforts, including but not limited to Deliverable Management Standards, PMBOK 7th Edition organizational alignment, and OCM work. • Overseeing a multi-million dollar implementation of Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) project to share data with National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) in order to improve health equity and availability for Oregonians, including project reporting and oversight of project resources.• Participating in a Resource Forecasting Pilot that will lead to a major shift in how project evaluations & resource staffing is performed in a matrixed environment. • Coach and mentor new and existing Project Managers on Project Management standards and processes.• Managed the inclusion of Race, Ethnicity, Language and Disability (REALD) data into the Oregon Vital Events Registration System (OVERS) Birth Module for the Center for Health Statistics. • Recommended several improvements for the organization, including but not limited to employee and project onboarding, and cross-departmental collaboration to strengthen the knowledge base of the organization. • 2022 Vice Chair of the Oregon Project Management Advisory Board for the State of Oregon. • Active member of the OIS Project Advisory Board for Office of Information Services Project Solutions (OIS PS).
