Direct all information technology services, projects, and operations for the Regional Transportation District. RTD develops, operates, and maintains a mass transportation system supporting 2.9+ million people in RTD\'s service area covering 2,342 square miles in all or part of eight counties. RTD has nearly employees and an annual budget of $1.2B+. Provide outstanding customer service by building collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and listening and understanding their needs. Communicate effectively and timely with all levels of the organization from Board of Directors to line workers. Created an IT strategic plan, vision, and mission that aligns with RTD’s mission and strategic goals. Established a technology architecture and governance committee that reviews and analyzes all enterprise level projects. Established a cybersecurity team and championed the development and implementation of cybersecurity training, policies, and procedures. Manage the development of leading-edge custom software and IOT including delivery of real-time data analytics for transportation services. Use a Cloud or SaaS first strategy to maximize operational efficiencies. Manage and direct strategic, enterprise level projects that meet stakeholder expectations and provide valuable benefits to RTD riders. Partnered with third-party providers to develop innovative payment systems and applications for RTD patrons. Direct the implementation and support of technology on more than 1500 vehicles.
