About Kimberly Gutiérrez

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Human Dimensions of Organizations, drawn to how people, systems, and business all connect. Now, I’m stepping into a new chapter as a Sales Development Representative at Coast to Coast Logistics, and I genuinely couldn’t be more excited. Every day, I’m learning something new, and lately, I’ve been especially curious about the drayage side of logistics, specifically in the Technology and Electronics space. It’s fascinating to see how critical this niche is to the bigger picture, and I’m eager to keep diving in. Before this, I wore many hats as Operations Manager at Blackhawk BBQ. I negotiated supplier contracts, managed vendor relationships, and tracked sales data to help us grow. But beyond the numbers, what I loved most was problem solving and building strong relationships, things I now get to do daily in sales. Earlier in my journey, I worked at Alden Estates of Barrington, where I supported wound care initiatives and collaborated across teams to improve patient outcomes. That experience taught me how powerful real teamwork can be,and how much impact one person can have when they care deeply and show up with intention. I’m driven by growth, both mine and the teams I’m part of. I care about the details, the people, and the mission behind the work. I’m here to add value, ask the right questions, and keep showing up with energy, heart, and a hunger to learn.
