In June, 2021, I relocated to Indianapolis to serve as Dance Kaleidoscope\'s new Executive Director. This renowned performing arts organization is now entering its 54th Season as Indiana\'s longest-dancing professional contemporary company and the 19th largest in the United States. I work in partnership with Artistic Director Joshua Blake Carter who was hired in July 2023 after a national search to replace David Hochoy after 32 years of artistic leadership. It\'s a time of change and growth, and we invite the community along with us to discover what\'s next for contemporary dance. Dance Kaleidoscope laid the groundwork to create a world class dance facility and in 2022, we completed the $2 million capital campaign to create a new artistic home in Indy\'s Near East Side Neighborhood.
