   I currently manage approximately 50 direct and indirect employees and have ownership of HR enterprise systems including compensation and rewards, recognition, long-term rewards, self-service portals with numerous links to payroll, and technology for HR mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Most recently, I led an 80-member conversion team in a transformational initiative from PeopleSoft to AON Hewitt. Implementation was rolled out to 110K employees stationed in 54 countries ON TIME, and ON BUDGET. Direct applications of the new platform span HR technology, call center operations, and shared services with full data conversion / retrofit of more than 270 interfaces during the technical migration. What I consider even more important that delivering the project on a compressed schedule, is the fact that I was able to creatively add functionality in direct response to feedback from the field and produce a system that truly met AXP’s diverse needs.Other accomplishments include managing 3rd party vendors, shepherding change management across business units, leading HR technology integration and separation for 5 divestitures / acquisitions, and winning “US-Middle East Deal of the Year” by M&A Advisors in 2015.
