Watershed has worked on the ground in more than 40 countries, delivering results in multiple languages.As the EMEA Lead for Negotiation Training at Watershed Negotiations, I empower European leaders and teams to build the confidence, clarity, and control needed to navigate high-stakes conversations with impact. My work focuses on developing negotiation as a strategic capability rooted in persuasion, influence, and trust-building, not just tactics.Key responsibilities include- Delivering tailored negotiation training programmes, combining proven frameworks with real-world application- Facilitating interactive, scenario-based sessions that challenge participants to navigate complexity, resistance, and emotion with empathy and authority- Coaching professionals to improve their use of persuasive communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder influence- Partnering with senior leaders to align negotiation strategies with broader business goals, including commercial, change, and operational outcomes- Supporting behavioural change through structured feedback, one-on-one coaching, and reinforcement toolsBy bridging the gap between strategy and execution, I help individuals and teams move from negotiating as a skill to negotiation as an advantage, especially in environments of rapid change and competing priorities.
