ABOUT KIM GISMERVIK

In addition to serving my clients as a licensed real estate salesperson, I have been working in the real estate industry for 20+ years, specializing in real estate marketing, technology and education. My unique experience in this industry working daily with the needed and ever-changing technology and systems required in today’s environment provide a skill set that will greatly benefit each of my clients throughout each transaction. My husband Michael Davis is also a realtor and we do work together professionally which allows us to give our clients a noticeably higher level of personal, attentive service. As business partners, we work to stay ahead of industry changes and utilize innovative technology that will assist us to not only work smarter throughout our day but also in guiding our clients through successful and timely real estate transactions. I have been a resident of the Capital Region for over 30 years and love all that this area has to offer; diverse neighborhoods, great schools, thriving cultural attractions, four-seasons of activities, a stable economy and a strong sense of community; this is New York\'s Capital Region and it is a great place to work and play! In my spare time I enjoy gardening, relaxing with family and the always ongoing projects in our circa 1887 Carpenter Gothic Victorian home located in the historic hamlet of Slingerlands, NY. This foot, one of a kind house was originally built as a 2 family. We live in one side of this unusual duplex and use the other side as an Airbnb short term rental. Interested?
