About Kimberly Ecker
Over the years, I have developed a great passion for health and wellness. I believe our bodies are an incredible vehicle, created and intended to work in harmony with mother nature to carry us through our lives with ease and joy. The famous quote attributed to Hippocrates “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food” completely aligns with my thoughts and feelings on our relationship to food. However, on my own wellness journey I have discovered that our health relies on many other aspects besides just the food we eat. Relationships, career, spiritual connection, and social life, to name a few, all have a direct impact on our health. I feel strongly that my purpose is to help others discover what they need in their own lives to be the happiest and healthiest they can be. My education and experience with mental health, yoga, and nutrition have offered me unique experiences and led me to develop a perspective that challenges the mainstream views of health and healthcare. I am excited about and strongly believe that the future of healthcare is leading to a change where bio-individuality is the acting principal in guiding people on their wellness journey.
