I love tackling really hard problems. Throughout my career, I have transformed people’s everyday experiences such as making it easier for anyone to publish and read books digitally to using science to shape how companies create evergreen engagement with their employees. What energizes me:• I have been leading people over 25 years and use each interaction with my team to learn, grow, and look for ways to build inclusive spaces for everyone to solve problems. • I really love delivering happy moments to customers. By maintaining an almost maniacal focus on the human experience, everyone is uplifted. It’s really not that complicated. • I am fan of data and science especially when it solves practical business needs or leads to learning more about customers. • I love to write strategy narratives. Writing is the great equalizer in business. • I don’t always get it right the first time. I prioritize finding what is most valuable for customers through experimentation and a willingness to fail forward. Then I scale.
