I am a passionate HR professional with over 10 years of experience in a broad range of HR functions from A-Z. I have a strong generalist background designing, developing and managing all of the HR operational programs and initiatives including talent acquisition.As a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team, I consulted with business clients on strategic & workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, key programs, culture, employee engagement and turnover/retention strategies.I managed talent acquisition at YouSendIt and helped scale the organization from approximately 30 to 200 employees. I worked with the hiring managers to identify gaps and develop a hiring strategy. I partnered with the VP of HR and Marketing on increasing our brand awareness and finding creative ways to bring in top talent. I am known for my strong people skills which I feel is paramount to keeping a pulse on our number one asset. Having a strong connection to employees gives me valuable insight into organizational needs and helping bridge the gap between business objectives and what employees need to achieve great results.
