ABOUT KIMBERLY COY

Started at Loma Linda School of Dentistry in Loma Linda California Background in Art, design and business Past life.I worked as Girls designer at BioWorld Merchandising. I gather and follow color trends, body trends for girls. I mainly design the graphics that go on basic bodies for customers like Walmart, Target, Forever 21 and Kohls to list a few. I\'m hoping to expand my knowledge of girls apparel designs and graphics, based off my technical design background and fashion/art background. My previous position at BioWorld was Lead Boys technical designers, making the Blue prints for boys (and some Men) apparel designs made for big companies: Kohl\'s, Old Navy (I am head technical designer for Old Navy apparel), JCPenny\'s, Sears, Kmart, Target, and Cracker Barrel, to name my most popular stores. I have worked as a freelance designer/sylist since 2003 mainly for outer wear and Bridal. I worked for Sansappelle boutique as a design and production asst. until the boutique closed in 2008 which lead to a position as Fashion/Computer Instructor at IADT college to upper classmen. My Goals are is to find stability within the fashion/apparel industry Specialties: Illustrator CS5 (snapfahion) and Photoshop CS5, Gerber Patternmaking, Couture Techniques, Tailoring, fashion Illustrating, Fashion Business advising, Technical Design, patternmaking.
