As the former Deputy Chief of Engineers for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, I assisted in managing and oversight of a $90B global portfolio and a workforce, strengthening governance, accountability, and mission performance.I bring deep experience in infrastructure investment, global operations, crisis leadership, and interagency collaboration, along with a track record of delivering results in both stable and high-risk environments.
