Kim is a Partner with over 25 years of experience, working in the field of serious injury, specialising in acquired brain injury, complex life changing orthopaedic and spinal injuries. She resolves contentious liability disputes arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work, sporting accidents and Occupiers/Public Liability cases. Her aim is to secure maximum awards to meet clients’ needs, increase their independence and enhance quality of life. She works with highly experienced multi-disciplinary teams who provide targeted treatment, appropriate accommodation and bespoke care and rehabilitation packages, to assist in rebuilding lives. Her strengths also lay in takeover cases where previous firms suggest there are lack of prospects due to difficult or challenging issues, and do not always identify the full extent of potential losses over the Claimant\'s lifetime. She will get to the root of the issues build the evidence, with efficient and cost effective strategies, thinking outside of the box to achieve maximum awards. Kim specialises in adult and child brain injury getting to know her clients and their families, and listening to their needs in all aspects of their lives, in order to achieve the best possible outcome for them. She understands the impact upon individuals, be it as a consequence of subtle or severe brain injury, supporting vulnerable clients that lack capacity to manage their finances, working with Deputyship teams and the Court of Protection.She has many years of experience of litigating in the High Court.
