About Kimbrell Hines

Kimbrell Hines is an equine attorney helping clients navigate the legal and business aspects of the horse industry. Her practice includes equine sale litigation, veterinary malpractice litigation, defense representation for breed and competition agencies, and creating and reviewing contracts for sales, leases, breeding, training, and waivers of liability. Kimbrell received her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, Kimbrell served as an articles editor for the Florida Law Review, the Employment and Labor Law Society President for two years, and a committee member for the No More Silence, No More Violence Coalition. Kimbrell was a research assistant for UF LAW professor Merritt McAlister, whose scholarship focuses on judicial candor, transparency, and access to justice in the United States federal court system. Before law school, Kimbrell received her graduate degree from the University of Tennessee in Human Resource Management and worked in human resource management as a recruiting manager and human resource generalist. When not engaged in career pursuits, Kimbrell is an avid equestrian, polo player, runner, and traveler.
