My aim is to help people achieve optimal health through understanding that changes to lifestyle, diet and added nutrition can make a big difference.I passionately educate people about the Human Microbiome through Gut Health talks that I give on a regular basis, either in person or via webinar. This emerging scientific field could be the biggest breakthrough in transformative health programmes we have ever seen.Business wise, I have an expanding global team called the Heart 2 Heart team. Our aim is to help people to achieve better physical and financial well being by working in a collaborative way with a vision of success for all. I have steadily built the team from the ground up and have learnt a great deal of leadership skills along the way, stretching my own personal development through many comfort zones. I am a member of the European Leadership Council and UK Advisory Board, helping to steer and guide corporate decisions that influence team members in the field. I am proud to be building a team with Synergy Worldwide sharing a message of Elite Health through scientific discovery and innovation.
