ABOUT KIMBERLY WALLER
Kimberly Waller is a social impact and innovation thought leader with over 15 years of experience in the sports and nonprofit industries. Currently, Kimberly oversees Social Impact & Player Engagement programs across the NBA, WNBA, and the NBA G League. This includes league and player charitable initiatives, community & corporate partnerships, youth basketball programs, and programs that help players thrive off the court. Kimberly was also responsible for developing programs for the league’s first and only elite pro-pathway team, NBA G League Ignite.As a highly cross-functional leader and teammate, Kimberly also supports key initiatives in partnership with the NBA Foundation & NBA Social Justice Coalition.Prior to joining the NBA, Kimberly served in a variety of social impact management and consulting roles. She has developed and executed a wide range of programs and events for three sports franchises (Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, and Dallas Stars), three global nonprofits, and dozens of altruistic NBA and NFL athletes. Kimberly also served as the Executive Director of the Drive Nation Sports Foundation, an AAU + Elite youth sports organization owned by retired NBA All-Star Jermaine O’Neal.
