   Leads the Baptist In-House Design and Construction Department, a team of internal resources, as well as third party professional service providers, in the design and construction of $35M to $50M of renovation and modernization projects annually, on five separate healthcare campuses. The Director also is responsible for and oversees multiple large (over $25M) capital projects that are ongoing simultaneously throughout the system. Responsible for the oversight of the Department in delivering quality projects on all five Baptist Campuses on schedule and within established budget parameters. The Director manages an in-house staff of 13 Architects, Designers, Project Managers and Financial support staff, as well as directing numerous third party contractors, architects, engineers and planners.
