Over 20 years experience in the child welfare, substance abuse, and mental health service systems. Experience has been with public and private non-profit organizations, inpatient psychiatric facilities, hospitals and outpatient mental health clinics. Founder and owner of a faith-based non-profit organization, Living Water Ministries. 10 years supervising Bachelors and Masters level interns from a variety of colleges, including: Calvin College, GVSU, Spring Arbor, Cornerstone University, Liberty University, Davenport University and Phoenix University. Have experience as an Adjunct professor with GVSU and Calvin College.
