This included transforming outdated classroom training into innovative, web-based instructor programs and virtual reality training to elevate performance and improve learner capabilities. Launched biannual SHC Leadership Excellence Advancement Program (6-month) to improve SHC bench strength with 14 participants graduating in 2019 and 13 graduates in 2021. Promoted 59% of graduates into leadership roles and established/funded 3 corporate business projects. Transformed new Clinician onboarding training by leading the construction of Dialysis Training Lab with fully functioning dialysis machines. Reduced 20-week program to 12-weeks, resulting in savings of over $1.1M annually. Creating innovative Training and Organizational Development strategies, as the VP with MedExpress Urgent Care (a United Healthcare company), I led a team of 54 clinicians and non-clinicians in the creation and implementation of the MedExpress University infrastructure for 6,232 Employees. Pioneered creation of MedExpress University infrastructure, featuring School of Clinician, School of Center Manager, School of Physician/Provider and School of Front Office Assistants for 6,232 employees. Spearheaded the transition of classroom instruction to web-based curriculum for new employees in 164 new Centers and 8 Acquisitions.As a subject matter expert in corporate career development and leadership training, I have been instrumental in helping thousands of employees, advance their careers from day one to retirement.
