Ensures the desired brand experience through multiple consumer touchpoints, focusing on creating a strong, branded connection within the retail environment in-store and digitally. • Management and Oversight of $13 million of retail partner digital advertising. Continuous collaboration with retailers on media strategy, creative assets and brand content on retailers\' ecommerce and social media sites.• Manages $4.5 million of brand and product-focused signage. Leads creative development of seasonal signage packages for specific retailers’ needs. Works with internal and external creative design groups to provide consumer-appropriate signage that is in-line with branding strategies as well as retailer requirements. • Leads fixture planning, creation and development. Manages all fixture design, production, distribution and sets, including budget and co-op management, servicing over 300+ retailers nationwide. • Lead retailer photo and video shoots, including production, location and talent selection while executing brand right vision in collaboration with retail partners. • Works collaboratively with the direct-to-consumer team on owned retail needs to lead marketing efforts with-in the related retail channels inclusive of full price stores, outlets, pop-up stores and digital. • Leads development and marketing strategy for Kontoor Brands at industry trade shows including the management of booth production and supplemental materials.
