   Spearheaded the design and rollout of an enterprise-wide Power BI expense dashboard providing department-level accountability to executive leadership and a consolidated CEO-level view of company spend. Designed and implemented the organization’s departmental operational expense budgeting and forecasting framework, improving forecast accuracy and strengthening resource allocation decisions across departments; subsequently reused for a second annual budget cycle, reinforcing its scalability and adoption across the organization. Own end-to-end agency compensation accounting processes, including accruals, payouts, forecasting, and validation; partnered cross-functionally to deliver accurate payout estimates, develop trend-based forecasting insights, support year-end reporting for governance and compensation committee decision-making, and served as the finance lead for latest restructured program during system implementation. Update and refine month-end financial analysis reports to deliver accurate, meaningful insights for executive review. Conduct data analysis and audit procedures using Oracle SQL, Chrome River, Great Plains, Cognos, Salesforce, and Guidewire databases. Partnered with both Internal and External Audit teams during SOX audits. Administer organization’s ERP system, OneStream, which is used for financial consolidation, month-end processing, and enterprise-wide reporting. Project manage version updates, fixes and enhancement, fostering alignment and accountability to ensure projects stay on track.
