About Kimberly Raposo
I am, first and foremost, a relationship builder and a strong collaborator. I build trust because I am transparent, and it is demonstrably authentic. In my career and in my personal life, I have developed strong problem solving, facilitation, coaching, and strategic skills, including an in-depth knowledge in high volume and continuously changing and fast-paced environments. I currently serve as the sole HR Manager for a start-up tequila company in joint venture with Diageo for CÎROC Vodka, where I act as a trusted advisor to both leadership and employees. Previous to this role, I have served as a trusted advisor for DE & I and HR practices, prepared and analyzed data and metrics for establishing change, developed and delivered effective presentations to a variety of audiences, as well as displayed a commitment to organizational goals.
