ABOUT KIMBERLY RANKIN
Dr. Kimberly Rankin is the Director of the Tampa Bay Women’s Business Centre where she leads initiatives that support entrepreneurs through business training, mentorship, and access to capital across the Tampa Bay region.With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning higher education, federal contracting, workforce development, and entrepreneurship, Dr. Rankin is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations translate skills into meaningful opportunities and sustainable growth.She is also the Founder and CEO of Civilian Success Pathways, a consulting firm focused on leadership development, veteran skill translation and career transition, and workforce training. Through this work, she supports veterans, professionals, and organizations in navigating successful transitions into civilian careers and leadership roles.In addition to her leadership and consulting work, Dr. Rankin serves as a professor in business and leadership programs, teaching courses in strategic management, operations, and organizational leadership while mentoring the next generation of professionals and entrepreneurs.Dr. Rankin holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, and multiple professional certifications. Her work focuses on empowering entrepreneurs, supporting veterans, and advancing economic opportunity through education, leadership, innovation, and serving on related board committees.
