Kimberly leads and manages the development of NASA partnerships, agreements, and agreement managers and provides guidance and technical leadership to Agency-wide projects and programs that support partnerships and technology transfer activities, including budgeting and resource planning, public engagement facilitation, and overseeing Agency-wide mission activities.She coordinates with NASA\'s Office of General Council, Office of Finance, and Office of Strategic Infrastructure and Facilities and Real Estate Division (re: NASA Research Park real property agreements), on NASA partnership formulation and development efforts, with external private and public entities. With over 27 years of distinguished experience at NASA, Kimberly specializes in project management, integrated communication planning, and strategic partnerships and collaborations, policy development and implementation, within the aerospace, science, and technology sectors of NASA\'s Space Technology Mission Directorate. Also, she chairs the Federal Laboratory Consortium\'s (FLC) Communications Subcommittee and was elected (2024) as FLC Far West Regional Coordinator, and promotes the value of technology transfer, and focuses on engagement with federal agencies in the far west region of the country: California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada and Arizona.
