I will ensure diversity, equity and inclusion of team members and programs in all aspects of the business and team operations of the Washington Wizards, the Washington Mystics, the Washington Capitals, the Capital City Go-Go and Wizards District Gaming, and our staff and facilities at Capital One Arena, Wizards MedStar Performance Center and the MedStar Capitals IcePlex. I am excited to work to guarantee that DEI is a part of the decision-making processes throughout the organization to build a truly inclusive work environment and brand.
