Responsible for executing contracts for sales of windows, baths/walk-in showers and entry doors. Act as liaison between all parties involved in installation and the homeowners throughout the process, while meeting sales expectations set by the company. Responsible for helping the homeowners apply for financing in the home, working with a variety of banks. • Have sold worth of bath/showers and windows to date.• Have consistently maintained a 40% closing rate and 3600 NSLI (Net Sales per Lead Initiated)• Have participated in weekly training sessions with a deep-dive into sales, human psychology and construction.
