My role is instrumental in helping midsize-to-large organizations attract and retain top talent, serve clients in a more equitable way, and develop a trusting relationship with their local community. I accomplish this through key responsibilities, such as: • Strongly leading my team to advance Harden Consulting Group’s mission • Executing strategic planning, revenue generation, financial management, and organization • development. • Compassionately guiding and consulting C-level leaders on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. • Implementing the necessary education and support to advance the recruitment, retention, and mentorship efforts of diverse staff and faculty. • Developing and delivering keynote speeches, education, and training programs on diversity and inclusion, including bias, sensitivity, and cultural competency.
