About Kimberly Arnold

I am a four-time business owner and strategic advisor who drives vision, revenue, performance and outcomes for rapidly growing companies. My current firm, Escalate Solutions, was founded in 2014 and recently celebrated ten years of guiding clients through their digital transformation >> AI transformation journey. I help leaders update their organization\'s strategy for the era of AI, develop and leverage partner networks, prioritize outcomes, and identify supporting use cases (by industry or role) that will best achieve those goals. For the last three years, I worked exclusively within the Microsoft ecosystem, including one year supporting the Strategic Engagements and Programs Office (SEPO) Team under the Chief Strategy Officer for Health & Life Sciences for Microsoft. My experience expanded my strengths in program management, global partner strategy, 1P and 3P product development, training programs for internal and external stakeholders, and other workstreams supporting the rapidly evolving technology ecosystem in the era of AI. During previous work with Microsoft, I lead partnership initiatives focused on the FinServ, CPG Retail, Manufacturing and AgTech verticals. Throughout my career, I have held such roles CEO, COO, VP of Operations, CVP of Business Development, Consultant, Board Member, and Interim COO (yes.I take on fractional and interim assignments). I was celebrated as an Outstanding Woman in Business (Denver Business Journal), Ambassador of the Year (Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce), Woman of the Year (Leukemia & Lymphoma Society), and Volunteer for the Year (American Heart Association | American Stroke Association). I am an advocate for Down syndrome organizations like GDSF and RMDSA, former spokesperson for Childrens Hospital Colorado and the American Red Cross, and volunteer for Special Olympics. I am a current Advisory Board Member for the Metropolitan State University Department of Management & the Center for Entrepreneurship (both in the College of Business), National History Day Colorado and the Irv Brown Endowment Fund.
