Executive leader over the complete transformation of the commercial servicing and onboarding experiences across business banking, middle market, and institutional clients in 26 markets from Maine to Alaska at Key. The Commercial operating segment is a full-service corporate bank focused principally on serving the needs of middle market clients in seven industry sectors: consumer, energy, healthcare, industrial, public sector, real estate, and technology. Responsibilities include: Leading a diverse organization of over 300 professionals across 10+ states Partnering with the heads of Commercial payments, Business banking, Middle Market, and Institution Bank to achieve the mandate set out by the CEO to build out and demonstrate the power of a new operating model whereby a single accountable executive is responsible for the end-to-end experience, operations, and technology strategy for a critical client base of the organization. Leveraging a $35 MM operating budget and $ 10 M technology investment portfolio to create a best-in-class commercial business. Transforming, building, and running an industry leading onboarding and servicing capability for Key that delivers on the Key value proposition of being a relationship driven bank with an obsession for the client experience. Establishing and delivering the digital commercial strategy supporting all the commercial client segments to drive an effective cost to serve model while delivering best in class client experiences.
