Driving operational excellence while pioneering AI automation systems to transform traditional property management workflows.Core Responsibilities- Oversee comprehensive property operations for 25+ units spanning residential apartments, mixed-use buildings, and commercial spaces across Metro Detroit- Manage complete tenant lifecycle: screening, lease execution, relations, renewals, and move-outs- Coordinate all maintenance and repair operations with vendor network, ensuring quality work within budget and timeline constraints- Handle legal processes including lease violations, evictions, garnishments, judgment filings, and court documentation in compliance with Michigan law- Create and distribute property listings across multiple platforms (MLS, Zillow, Craigslist, Crexi, CoStar) to minimize vacancy periods- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and lease compliance- Manage financial operations: rent collection, accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and monthly owner reporting- Ensure full compliance with Michigan landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, and local ordinances- Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for ongoing services and special projects
