   Kimberly litigates and advises clients on all aspects of employment law, including federal, New York state and local employment laws addressing harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour, employment contracts, terminations, layoffs/reductions-in-force, hiring, leave laws, internal investigations, employee discipline, performance reviews, workplace audits, and background checks. Kimberly has decades of experience litigating and arbitrating employment matters at the federal, state and administrative agency levels. Kimberly\'s expertise includes drafting all employment-related documents, such as employee handbooks, employment agreements, offer letters, severance and release agreements, non-disclosure agreements, restrictive covenants and commission agreements. Kimberly also conducts training on a variety of employment issues, including the mandatory annual New York State and City sexual harassment training.
