Kim Little is the Owner of CarePatrol of Hampton Roads, where she serves as a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)® and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP)®. She is committed to helping families navigate the complex journey of finding safer senior care, a passion born from her own challenging experience finding care for a loved one in Norfolk. Before launching CarePatrol in the greater Hampton Roads market, Kim served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer for Chartway Federal Credit Union, serving over members nationwide. In this role, she was accountable for the executive leadership, strategic direction, operational excellence, and profitability of all credit union marketing, sales, service, and distribution through its multi-state branch network, contact center, and digital platforms. Today, Kim applies that same executive-level focus, strategic planning, and deep commitment to service to her role at CarePatrol, personally listening to each family’s unique needs to guide them through their options for Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and In-Home Care.Kim graduated from Old Dominion University, where she also completed her Master of Business Administration. She currently lives in Norfolk, Virginia with her husband, children and four legged fur babies.
