Interface with Business Unit (BU) and Corporate Management teams on drilling and completions, including performance trend analysis.Develop and maintain a wide array of tools to enable Drilling & Completions (D&C) personnel to transfer knowledge, share lessons and drive performance using their data.Implemented and currently maintain multiple global collaboration sites for all D&C personnel in Jive (GDC, Well Technical Assurance & Engineering, Well Management System and HSE for GDC).Manage all aspects of GDC’s System of Record (WellView (WV)). This includes back-end administration, building of reports, managing licenses and providing support to the various regions.Develop and maintain drilling and completions metrics, including scorecards and key performance indicators.Set and maintain data quality expectations for all GDC data across multiple platforms (WV, Spotfire Rushmore, Jive).Manage the GDC Engineering Analysts globally.Develop and maintain tools specifically for the Deepwater BU to streamline their workflows.Manage all the Deepwater non-operated data coming into WV. Including building tools around their data to allow us to analyze their data despite configuration or process differences.Manage Rushmore Performance Review benchmarking for global submittals and pushing the published data back out to the drilling community.Annually prepare global benchmarking analysis on Drilling performance to Headquarters on all operated and non-operated wells.Act as Engineering Analyst for all operated Deepwater drilled exploration wells. This includes training, daily support for the rig and importing real-time time and depth curves into WV.Responsible for the maintenance of our Well Delivery Process and Well Management System.
