About Kimberly Hess

With a track record of delivering solutions-focused strategies to meet organizational and client needs, I demonstrate leadership and innovation in the implementation of transformative social impact initiatives across corporations and nonprofits. Currently, I drive the design and execution to improve community engagement, DEI initiatives, and social transformation. I create and implement successful programs and tools to transform organizational culture into robust growth. My many talents as a cultural anthropologist include extensive experience as a senior diversity consultant guiding high performing teams of diverse talent in the execution of the transformation strategy. My skills include quantitative and qualitative research and analysis, the collection of critical data through surveys and focus groups, and conducting ethnographic interviews. With a background as an effective change agent and trainer, I design and launch leading-edge Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion themed training programs as well as actionable business solutions in alignment with the organization’s social equity commitments. As a skilled communicator I cultivate trust-based relationships with teams, clients, and stakeholders, building key partnerships with C-Suite leadership across diverse communities. I have a passion for assessing organizations’ deficiency of racial leadership at C-Suite level, and introducing innovative leadership programs for people of color. My reputation as a transformative leader and innovator with a passion for DEI strategies to solve people and global challenges is demonstrated throughout my career.
