   As Chief Executive Officer and President, Kimberly leads KCW in creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic direction of the company. She works with all levels of management to coordinate our technical, financial and organizational activities. As a member of KCW’s team since 1994, Kim’s experience in the business and engineering world have afforded her the necessary comprehensive knowledge of our Company to communicate and interact with KCW’s diverse community of corporate, municipal, residential, commercial, institutional and industrial clients. Kimberly graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware. She began her career at KCW by working as an intern while completing her degree. Upon graduation Kim continued her professional development by earning her professional engineering license. She is a registered professional engineer in Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia with engineering experience in cadastral and topographic surveys, site geometry, grading, culvert, highway and road design, storm drain design, water mains, sanitary sewer, telephone conduit, electric conduit, culvert design, stormwater management design, erosion and sediment control design, floodplain analysis, stream restoration and as-built certification. Kim is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, American Society of Civil Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, Maryland Society of Professional Engineers and Maryland Society of Surveyors.
