From the moment I learned about tech apprenticeships, I knew that America needed them in a big way. Millions of people are unemployed or underemployed while millions of rewarding, well-paid jobs are left vacant. This is a paradox that tech apprenticeships can help solve. So, I left my corporate job at a top ten CPA firm, and made the jump into entrepreneurship to found Franklin Apprenticeships. At Franklin, we partner with companies, ranging from the largest Fortune 500 corporations to thriving small businesses, to create and deliver top-quality apprenticeship programs at scale. We source diverse talent, deliver the right training at the right time, and coach the apprentice and the employer every step of the way. Today, Franklin is a thriving women-owned and led business, comprised of a preeminent team of thinkers, strategists, innovators, and doers. We’re helping companies grow and individuals to start life-changing careers. And we’re only just getting started.
