Own the development process for multiple brands including plush, plastics and mixed material properties overseeing all steps from concept to market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on product design and packaging to achieve top quality items within the cost parameters and timelines to achieve successful fulfillment. Communicate daily with overseas counterparts from initial costing and 1st samples to final FQs and product samples. Coordinate weekly with licensors to ensure brand integrity, manage approvals, and abide by established guardrails & style guides. Partnering with Brand Strategy, Licensing and Marketing teams to execute strong shape of line and product campaigns for each season. Engage with Sales on presentations for core business as well as retail exclusives and new opportunities for incremental sales. Participate in key presentations to internal teams, key retailer meetings and licensing partners. Handle all communications with internal and external resources providing timely feedback ensuring efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment. Track and analyze sales for new and existing products to help inform new development and refresh opportunities.
