I am a natural leader with over 30 years of customer service experience. With a specific interest in problem solving and process improvement, I have been able to create a streamlined process for many projects and tasks. I have worked in multiple environments from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies to government service and have a broad spectrum of practical and hands on knowledge. I believe that a human-centered approach to the work we do is essential, and that kindness and compassion are necessary to success. Diversity, equity and inclusion are near to my heart as my lived experience of having worked many years with undiagnosed autism and ADHD created many challenges and have faced multiple struggles due to my cognitive differences in the workplace. For the rest of my working life, I will continue to advocate for people who are not able to find their voice in whatever circumstances they may face.
