As the Director of Human Resources for the Louisville Marriott Downtown, I oversee the HR functions of a 620-room hotel that is part of White Lodging, a national leader in premium branded hotels. I have more than 25 years of experience in HR management across diverse industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality.My core competencies include employee relations, risk management, labor relations, talent and development, benefit administration, compensation, and strategic policy development. I am also a certified Workplace Safety Compliance Specialist, Workplace Investigator, and a Kentucky Notary Public.
