A successful business leader with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and Finance. She is currently the Senior Director of HR Answers & International Operations responsible for the global HR shared service center as well as HR administration for international.In her prior role, Kim was responsible for global HR Operations including functions such as severance, immigration, unemployment, I-9 administration, global mobility, records retention, HR data management and HR administration for international. Previously, Kim led HR Business Partner teams supporting Marketing, Digital Operations, Network, Supply Chain, HR, Legal and Finance. She also has led a team responsible for HR strategy and overall oversight and development of national HR programs. Prior to her roles in HR, Kim held leadership roles in Forensic Analysis and Internal Audit.Prior to Verizon, Kim worked in public accounting supporting the Business Advisory teams in audits in the Manufacturing, Consumer and Industrial Product sectors. Kim holds a Bachelor of Art degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Economics & Accounting as well as a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. Kim maintains an active PHR certification and active CPA license in the state of New Jersey.
