Most recently, she worked as a People Partner supporting U.S. and Canadian teams, leading mental health initiatives, acted as the key point of contact for HR queries, and helped scale people processes with empathy and structure.Their work is grounded in the belief that mental health belongs at the center of workplace culture—and that belonging and equity must be built intentionally, every day. Previously co-led DEI councils, facilitated implicit bias training, launched mental health programming as a Certified Mental Health First Aider, and served as a trusted advisor to leadership during times of change.Beyond HR, she\'s also been involved in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) through the Next CISO program, where she was honored with the Team Lead of the Year award. In 2020, she was a finalist for the Women in IT Diversity Initiative of the Year and became a signed model with MMG—a personal expression of representation and visibility she cares deeply about.
