With over 15 years of professional experience in Operations and HR, I currently lead People and Talent at Evergreen Wealth, where I partner closely with C-suite and functional leaders to drive initiatives across hiring, HR, and organizational design for a distributed workforce. I also lead and optimize our people systems, including Rippling (HRIS), to streamline workflows, enhance the employee experience, and scale operations effectively. I’m energized by building cultures grounded in continuous learning and growth, supporting employees as they develop future-ready skills, particularly in AI, and creating environments where people feel supported, curious, and excited to grow alongside the business. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with technology-driven and mission-focused organizations, including experience in the blockchain space, where my work centered on helping teams evangelize emerging technologies through education and access. I’m especially passionate about making complex tools more approachable and empowering people who may not traditionally have exposure to new technologies to feel confident engaging with them. I love helping teams build people-first systems—spanning platforms like Rippling and other HR technologies—that are adaptable, thoughtful, and aligned with a bigger purpose.
