I am a health and well-being program leader with a proven track record of developing impactful organizational strategies. My mission is to promote holistic employee well-being by designing and implementing innovative solutions that support mental, physical, and emotional health. With 13 years of experience, I have successfully led cross-functional teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and introduced award-winning wellness programs that drive engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. My most notable achievements in my career include: Created an in-house well-being program, saving $700k and achieving the WELCOA Gold Workplace Wellness Award. Developed and implemented innovative solutions that closed operational gaps, significantly enhancing efficiency and expanding reach and engagement. These efforts resulted in broader employee participation and a stronger culture of well-being. Enhanced mental health awareness, reduced stigma, and built a supportive culture through comprehensive on-site and virtual training programs.
