Provide vision and strategic direction for a broad portfolio of grant funded activities that work to increase social trust, civic friendship, and a sense of belonging for everyone in the U.S. Activities include:• Managing a Belonging Innovation Lab that works to apply effective bridging strategies in their community-based work. • Managing a national communications campaign, Belonging Begins with Us, with the Ad Council. • Commissioning and socializing public opinion and attitudinal research.• Convening a community of practice to exchange lessons and promote best practices for reducing polarization and increasing social cohesion. • Building a dynamic long-term vision and strategy for the Center, including developing partnerships and sustaining funding.
