I am a Senior Project Manager in the Environmental Group at Langan, supporting projects across New York City, Long Island, and surrounding regions. With 13 years of experience at Langan and over 15 years in the industry, I specialize in delivering comprehensive environmental consulting services with a strong focus on brownfield remediation, regulatory compliance, and environmental due diligence for land development and M&A transactions.My work plays a key role in supporting high-profile developments, ranging from affordable housing and institutional projects to industrial and commercial real estate, throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. I bring deep expertise in ASTM E1527-21 standards and have successfully guided clients through the intricacies of the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP), SPILLS program, and the NYC Office of Environmental Remediation’s (OER) Voluntary Cleanup and E-Designation programs. With a strong background in supporting real estate mergers and acquisitions, I conduct environmental due diligence assessments that inform risk management and transactional strategy for developers, attorneys, and other third party stakeholders.Beyond traditional land development, I’ve contributed to Langan’s emerging contaminants initiatives, particularly related to PFAS and 1,4-dioxane in drinking water systems. Since 2016, I have been actively involved in the development of sampling protocols and internal technical training to keep pace with the evolving regulatory landscape around these contaminants.Earlier in my career at Langan, I led a broad range of responsibilities including Phase I ESAs, subsurface investigations, storage tank audits, and the design and implementation of in-situ remediation technologies and engineering controls.
