Kimberly began her career at Rockwood focusing on the hospitality sector and expanded into all major asset classes, performing strategic fund advisory representing over $10.5 billion of real estate, investment sales brokerage of nearly $750 million in total value, and other advisory for an additional $1.1 billion of hotel, multifamily, office, senior housing, and retail assets.Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
